About

I'm Shreyas, a CX & product designer who cares about the space between craft and outcome.

With 3.5+ years across B2B SaaS, e-commerce and enterprise, I turn fuzzy problems into clear, considered interfaces — running UX audits, mapping journeys, and sweating the details that move adoption, satisfaction and revenue. Most recently at Whatfix, and before that scaling a diamond e-commerce platform from €1M to €4M.

Away from the screen, I'm usually mid-game on a basketball or volleyball court, chasing altitude on a mountain trek, or on a very serious quest for the city's best burger. Same energy either way — curious, competitive, and always up for the climb.
